Venue Coordination
- Establish contact with venues to obtain all necessary venue information, such as capacity, staging dimensions, stock lighting and audio equipment and etc.
- Be in contacted with the in-house head of technician at the venues to determine if additional equipment is needed
- Provide sub hire equipment when necessary from accredited production companies.
- To coordinate efforts in line with the production schedule, and in-house technical operators as required.
- Ensure all crew to be inducted with the venues’ safety rules and effective lines of communication is established.
Overseas Production Team
- To understand their technical rider for the event.
- Source and/or substitute any equipment from the local production companies to match the specifications of the technical rider.
- To obtain and account for their preferred production schedule as to create a final production schedule to be distributed to involved parties.
Promoter/Organiser
- To act on behalf of the event promoter to achieve a mutual understanding of the overseas production requirements.
- To obtain quotations for the hiring in equipment for promoter’s perusal that meet with target expectations within the budget.
- Ensure the event production meets expectations and to provide an up to date production status report accordingly.
- Act as a middleman between the Venue, Overseas production team and Production equipment suppliers.
- Address any accounts payable between the promoter and various parties.
Local Equipment Suppliers
- Provide suppliers with the technical
rider given by the production team for their understanding of the project. - Obtain various list of equipment from a multitude of suppliers that satisfies the production needs.
- Ensure they’ll provide the appropriate technical operators for the event and have them up-to-date with the production schedule.
